This honor is especially meaningful because it’s decided by the residents, families, and Chautauqua County community members we are privileged to serve. While we a grateful and proud of the national awards we’ve won, nothing compares to being celebrated by the community we call home.

As we reflect on the past year, we’re amazed at what we’ve accomplished together. From the success of the many community events we hosted within the Jamestown and Frewsburg communities, our #heretocare campaign, which celebrated our residents, team members, and communities, to unforgettable events like the Summer Sounds festival and Music for Mom: Vol 2, we’ve continued to find new ways to bring joy and connection to those we serve. Our partnerships with local organizations, including our standout event at the Tarp Skunks stadium, have strengthened our ties to the community and reinforced our commitment to making a positive impact in Chautauqua County.
